Skyllamas Performing Arts Center is a brand of Skyllamas Productions LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your information when you visit www.skyllamaspac.com (the “Site”).

1. Information we collect

• What you send us. When you request a lesson, join the acting waitlist or write to us: your name, email, phone (if given), your choices (type of lesson, studio, teacher, good times) and your message. For a child’s lessons we ask the parent or guardian, and we don’t ask for the child’s name or age on the Site.
• Usage data. Information collected automatically, such as your IP address, browser type and pages visited.
• Cookies. The Site itself doesn’t use advertising cookies. The spam check on our forms (Cloudflare Turnstile) may set its own.

2. How we use it

• To answer you and arrange your lessons.
• To tell you when acting classes return, if you joined the waitlist.
• To keep the Site secure and understand how it’s used.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. How we share it

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. Your messages are stored securely by Skyllamas Productions LLC, and only our team can see them. We may share information with service providers who help us run the Site (for example email delivery and hosting), if required by law, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.

4. Your choices and rights

To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to leave the waitlist, email [email protected].

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access or disclosure. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

The Site links to other websites, such as the studios where we teach and our social media. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
