Booking
Every lesson is a request until Slawek or Denise confirms it with you by email or phone. We confirm the teacher, studio, date and time.
Moving or cancelling a private lesson
- Please give us 24 to 48 hours’ notice to move or cancel a lesson. We’ll find a new time based on our availability.
- A lesson cancelled less than 24 hours before it starts, or missed, is charged in full (or uses one lesson from your package).
- If we have to cancel, we’ll offer a new time or credit the lesson back.
Lesson packages
- Package lessons are booked one at a time and can be used with either teacher at any of our studios.
- Packages are valid for 1 year from purchase. Lessons not used within that year expire.
- Packages are personal and can’t be transferred unless we agree it in writing.
Prices and payment
- Every lesson is 45 minutes, and prices include the studio floor fee. Current prices are on the Lessons page.
- New students get their first lesson at 50% off, one intro lesson per person or couple.
- Pay by check or Zelle at no extra cost. Card payments add Stripe’s processing fee.
- Payment plans are available for packages of 16 and 32 lessons. Ask us for details.
Group classes (acting)
- Group courses run on a fixed schedule. Missed sessions can’t be made up individually and aren’t refunded.
- If we cancel a session, we’ll add a make-up session or give a credit.
Children and teens
A parent or guardian requests, books and pays for lessons for anyone under 18, and is welcome to watch.
